Authorize.net

Authorize.Net is a long-established US payment processor used by many merchant accounts. Tickera’s Authorize.Net integration is the right choice when you’ve got an existing merchant account that uses Authorize.Net (common in established US small businesses) and want to accept ticket payments through it without switching to Stripe.

Before you start, you’ll need to create a Authorize.net account – you can sign up here.

Once you’ve signed up get back to Tickera>Settings>Payment Gateway, select Authorize.net from Payment Gateway list, scroll down and fill in necessary information:

1. Mode – From this dropdown menu you can choose Sandbox (Test) Mode or Live Mode

2. Gateway Credentials – Enter your Authorize.Net Login ID provided by Authorize.Net when your account was setup. You can find your Login ID and Transaction Key by logging into your Authorize.Net account, Under Account, Click on Settings. Under Security Settings, Click API Login ID and Transaction Key. (Look at the picture below)

3. Currency – Selecting a currency other than that used for your store may cause problems at checkout.

4. MD5 Hash – If you would like your transaction responses to be encrypted by the Payment Gateway, enter and confirm a MD5 Hash. You can create your MD5-Hash by logging into your Authorize.Net account, Under Account, Click on Settings. Under Security Settings, Click MD5-Hash. (Look at the picture above)
