A very good, flexible and complete ticketing plugin
I did a lot of homework a year ago comparing and testing ticketing plugins, and I am very happy that I selected finally the Tickera Premium version: a lot of flexibility and features to seamlessly integrate it into our website, complete control over layout, features, settings, outputs, payment gateways, etc. But, most of all, an excellent and responsive support desk, quick to understand what I wanted and how to solve it. Believe me, I have seen a lot of others. Finally, we hosted some 10 events this year, which went very well.
Excellent Plugin, Excellent price and a luxury technical team
I am writing this review to congratulate the development team at Tickera. It is a very functional plugin — so far we have not found any errors in its operation process. The technical team is top-notch and their action times are incredible (only a few hours in my case). They solved an incompatibility of my WordPress theme and achieved the result I expected. I 100% recommend purchasing the Bundle or Lifetime plan.

They very swiftly fixed a problem that we had even though it was with a not-official function. Tickera is filling a very deep and large hole in the ticket system market. We tried a lot of plugins, but all of them only solve the problem partially. Tickera is powerful but very simple to setup. Not to mention the mobile app integration, which is a killer feature. Above all of that, the support is incredible — I have problems solved over the weekend and others over the night. I’ve experienced cases where they went beyond their scope and helped me even with theme-related troubles when they had no obligation to do so.
The team at Tickera should be made to give support training to numerous companies I have worked with over the years — their support is on point. Hands-down, they are the best at fixing problems and helping integrate their amazing system into your site. If you’re using Eventbrite and selling tickets under $20, Tickera could save you hundreds of dollars for events as small as 150–400 tickets.
