Eventbrite figures use the US 2026 published fee schedule. Stripe/PayPal processing fees on Tickera (~2.9% + $0.30) are between you and your gateway and are not counted on either side — you’d pay those on Eventbrite anyway.
Yes — on every plan. Tickera never sits in the payment flow. Your buyer pays your Stripe / PayPal / chosen gateway account directly. The license fee is your only cost to us. Your gateway’s standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30 on most card processors) still applies — but it goes to the gateway, not to us.
Your plugin keeps working — we never disable software you’ve paid for. The year-one price includes a $50 activation fee that doesn’t recur, so renewals are $50 less: Standard renews at $99/yr, Bundle renews at $149/yr. If you skip renewal, the plugin just stays at its current version, still selling tickets, still scanning at the door.
It’s not cheap — it’s the better deal for anyone running more than a couple of events. The math: $399 once equals roughly 2 years of Bundle. If you’re selling tickets past 2 years, Lifetime is the only sensible choice. We’ve been selling Tickera since 2012, and Lifetime customers from those early years are still on the same license. We’d rather have you stay than churn.
Yes — all plans support unlimited sites. Agencies often buy Lifetime once and use it across every client site they build. Lifetime also includes the Checkinera iOS + Android source code so you can re-brand the scanner apps under your own developer accounts.
