I am unable to activate my license
If you are not able to activate your license within Tickera > Account (it remains FREE even you have included your license key), you will need to deactivate and delete a free version of Tickera named "Tickera" and install and activate premium version (Tickera-Premium) downloaded from your account https://tickera.com/members/
All the Settings, Events, Orders, etc. you have set in Free version will be saved and will appear when you activate premium version of the plugin.
