I need to add an upload field in the check-out form

Currently, there is no possibility for this if you're using Tickera as a standalone.
The only way to have customers upload files is to run Tickera alongside WooCommerce via our Bridge for WooCommerce and utilize a third party plugin found here which will then allow customers to upload their files prior being able to add a product to the cart.
