When running Tickera alongside WooCommerce via Bridge for WooCommerce add-on, you can use the content of the product that is declared as a ticket and display this content as part of the Ticket Description ticket template element. However, we had several customers reporting that they were using product short description for this in which case there was no way to display this information on the ticket. So, we figured out that we'll create an add-on which, when installed and activated, will add another ticket template element named Product Short Description which will pull the information from the product short description and display it on the ticket.
This add-on is installed and activated like any other WordPress plugin. Now, given that this information is directly related to the WooCommerce product, you can and should use this add-on only if you are running Bridge for WooCommerce.
