A Checkinera customization for jumping straight to the attendee details screen after a successful check-in scan — instead of just confirming and returning to the scanner. Useful for events where gate staff need to verbally confirm something with each arriving attendee (welcome pack handover, table assignment, age verification).
In some situations, simply seeing a “Checked-in” confirmation isn’t enough—you may want your check-in staff to immediately view the attendee’s full details right after the scan. The Redirect to attendee info in Checkinera is a small add-on that makes that possible by automatically opening the attendee info screen inside the Checkinera app the moment you successfully check-in the ticket.
This can be especially useful if you’re using the Custom Forms add-on to collect additional information during the purchase process or using Seating Charts to sell tickets with reserved seating and need to access those fields instantly at the door. It also gives you immediate insight into all previous check-ins for that attendee (helpful for multi-day events, VIP areas, workshops, or any situation where an attendee may enter multiple times).

The Redirect to attendee info in Checkinera add-on installs like any other WordPress plugin. It has no settings and requires no configuration—once activated, it works automatically with both the mobile Checkinera app and Checkinera plugin.
