Export PDF

Bridge for WooCommerce · 2 min read · Updated May 21, 2026

The Export PDF tab in Tickera Settings (Bridge for WooCommerce mode) configures the bulk attendee-export feature — generate a single PDF containing all attendees for an event, useful for offline gate-list backup, sponsor reporting, or staff briefings. You set the layout, which fields to include (name, email, ticket type, seat number, custom form responses), and the page format here.

Export PDF allows you to generate a printable PDF document containing per-event based list of attendees. This is useful when you need a physical guest list at the venue entrance, want to share attendee information with staff, or need an offline snapshot of who is expected at the event.

This feature lives entirely within Tickera. Whether you use Tickera as a standalone ticketing system or together with Bridge for WooCommerce, exporting PDF attendee lists works exactly the same way.

How Export PDF works with WooCommerce

Even when WooCommerce handles the checkout and order processing, attendee records and ticket data remain fully managed by Tickera. Because of that, the Export PDF feature behaves the same regardless of whether WooCommerce is active.

The PDF export contains attendee information such as:

  • Attendee full name
  • Payment date
  • Ticket ID
  • Ticket type (corresponds with the product title)
  • Buyer full name
  • Buyer email address
  • Checked-in
  • Check-ins (list of all the check-ins)

Export PDF does not include order data, WooCommerce-related or otherwise.

What remains the same

All functionality is identical to standalone Tickera:

  • Select the event you want to generate PDF for.
  • Select document font, size, orientation and title
  • Generate a PDF attendee list based on your selection.
  • Save or print the PDF for use at the venue or in your internal workflow.

No additional setup is required, and no interaction with WooCommerce is needed.

What changes with Bridge for WooCommerce

Nothing.

Export PDF continues to work exactly as it does in standalone Tickera — it exports attendee lists, and WooCommerce has no role in this feature.

Summary

Export PDF generates attendee lists in PDF format, and it behaves the same whether Tickera is used alone or together with Bridge for WooCommerce. Since attendee records are managed by Tickera, the export is unaffected by WooCommerce and contains attendee-focused information only.
