Sendloop Newsletter — an add-on for the Tickera plugin

Email is currency.
Stop letting it walk out the door.

If you use Sendloop, you already treat email as the asset it is. So why let ticket buyers come and go without landing on your list? Every paid order auto-subscribes the buyer to your Sendloop list. One API key, no manual imports, no exports to clean.

  • Buyer is added to your Sendloop list at checkout
  • Pick which list each buyer lands in
  • Buyer email synced to your Sendloop list automatically
  • One API key — no code, no zapier, no glue

What it does

Six reasons every buyer
belongs on your list.

Auto-subscribe on order

The moment payment confirms, the buyer’s email lands in your Sendloop list. No manual exports, no “import later,” no spreadsheet babysitting.

Pick your list

Connect your Sendloop account and choose which list buyers land in. Every Tickera ticket purchase pushes the buyer’s email into that list automatically.

Buyer email synced

Every paid ticket adds the buyer to your Sendloop list — ready for your next event announcement or newsletter blast.

One API key setup

Paste your Sendloop API key, pick the list, save. Total install time: under a minute. No webhooks to configure, no zapier middleware, no glue plugins.

Trigger automations

If your Sendloop list has automations attached — welcome series, post-event survey, “next show” nudge — subscribing fires them. You build them in Sendloop, we just feed in the names.

Consent-aware

Rely on your event T&C, or add an explicit opt-in checkbox via Custom Forms. We only subscribe when you say to subscribe — you control the consent layer.

How it works

From checkout to campaign
without an extra step.

01

Connect

Your Sendloop API key.

In Sendloop, copy your API key from Account → API Access. Paste it into Tickera settings. The list dropdown populates automatically.

02

Pick

Pick your list.

Select which Sendloop list buyers land in. Optionally choose the source/tag so segmentation reports tell you which event drove which signups.

03

Sell

The list compounds.

Every paid order auto-adds the buyer. After ten shows, you’ve got a list ten times bigger. Next campaign hits ten times more inboxes — same effort.

Common questions

Things people ask
about the Sendloop sync.

Does the buyer get a Sendloop confirmation?
Depends on how your Sendloop list is configured. Single-opt-in lists subscribe silently. Double-opt-in lists send a confirmation email per Sendloop’s standard flow. We respect whatever you’ve set up — we don’t override.
What data is synced?
The buyer’s email address goes to Sendloop. Payment data, ticket details, addresses — all of that stays in your WordPress database. Sendloop only gets what it needs to email people.
How is consent handled?
Two paths: rely on the checkout T&C the buyer agreed to (legal in many jurisdictions), or require an explicit opt-in checkbox via Custom Forms — we only subscribe buyers who ticked it. Sendloop’s double opt-in adds another layer if you need it.
Can I subscribe to different lists for different events?
The add-on routes buyers to one Sendloop list. For per-event audience splits, use Sendloop’s own segmentation inside the list to broadcast separately later.
Does it work with Bridge for WooCommerce?
Yes. WC orders processed through Bridge fire the Sendloop subscribe the same way as stock Tickera orders.
Any per-subscriber cost from Tickera?
Zero. 0% commission on every ticket sale, forever. The $39/yr license is the only money that flows to us. Sendloop’s pricing is their own.
