Once you have installed and activated Tickera, you should first set it up. To access the settings select Settings from Tickera menu and the Settings page will load.
That page contains four tabs:
1. General
2. E-mail
3. API Access
4. Export PDF
By default and when no other add-on is installed, there will be only four tabs. However, if you have installed add-ons such as CSV Export, Serial Ticket Codes, Customer.io, Slack Notifications, etc, those add-ons will have their own tabs with their respective settings explained thoroughly in documentation for each of those add-ons.
