I can’t find my earlier purchases

We have switched to selling Tickera licenses exclusively through Freemius which we have explained in depth in our post here. While migrating all of the data, we have imported all of the user credentials and information about user licenses which means that your license will, of course, remain valid until it expires and it should be displayed within the Licenses area of your account dashboard.

However, migrating the data about actual purchases was not possible which is why the Orders History area is empty (if you have purchased or renewed Tickera license before June 2019). Of course, all of the future purchases will be listed here and you will be able to download your invoices from here. Of course, if you need an invoice for you earlier purchases which are not listed here, contact us
here and we'll send you an invoice right away.
