– One ticket per registered user
A customization restricting each registered user to one ticket maximum per event — useful for membership-only events, fair allocation in oversubscribed events, anti-scalping for popular launches, and any scenario where “one user, one ticket” is the operational rule.
There are cases when you would want to limit purchases to single ticket per each user.
With this add-on, you can do just that: limit the purchase to single ticket per each registered user. Please note that, for this to work, you must navigate to Tickera Settings -> General tab and set Force Login option to Yes. Failing to do so will result in unregistered customers being able to purchase as many tickets as they want.
This add-on is installed like any other WordPress plugin and currently does not have any of its settings. It will work only if you’re running Tickera as a standalone (without WooCommerce). If you need similar functionality for WooCommerce, please check the solution here.
