Tickera is filling a very deep and large hole in the ticket system market. We tried a lot of plugins, but all of them only solve the problem partially. Tickera is powerful but very simple to setup, the features like choosing how many times you can checkin with the same ticket put a big smile on our face! Not to mention the mobile app integration, which is a killer feature, also very simple and functional. And above all of that, the support is incredible. I have problems solved over the weekend and others over the night. I've experienced cases where they went beyond their scope and help me even with theme related troubles when they had no obligation to do so. The team at Tickera should be made to give support training to numerous companies I have worked with over the years because their support is on point. Hands-Down, they are the best at fixing problems and helping integrate their amazing system into your site. They even found and fixed an error with a theme I purchased from another company, THEN, took it a step further and sent that company a notice of the error within their theme, which they then incorporated into their next update. They are fast, detailed and make suggestions on implementation so you get the most bang for your buck. One thing to note, if you are using another ticket company like eventbrite or another ticketing company and sell tickets for under $20. Tickera could save you Hundreds of dollars for events as small as 150-400 tickets. once you crunch the numbers you see amazing savings.

I have been looking for a ticketing solution for my music event and localised parties, in the past just using WooCommerce that worked well, but was a pain to manage.After just completing my first event, where we sold 200 tickets, I am really pleased with how fast and efficient the system worked and how much it saved me having to do back end admin.Even when we experienced issues with internet dropping out on the night of the event, the full attendee lists we were able to print off beforehand allowed us to double-check all of the crowd in without any problems and cross-reference against the sales afterwards.More importantly for me, the support guys have helped me every step of the way with any small issues I had when setting up the system and now, with full WooCommerce support, I think this is the PERFECT solution for me and my upcoming event where I’ll be selling 500+ tickets.Cannot recommend Tickera highly enough (don’t mess about, just get full bundle license).

Incredible Company - Super Helpful
I needed a payment gateway for selling in Japan. No-one had the specific one I needed, something that did more than credit cards but also various offline payment methods as well. When I asked Easy Digital Downloads, they pointed me towards custom programmers who quoted up to $8000 USD to add a payment gateway to EDD. Knowing they were ripping me off, I kept looking elsewhere.When I mentioned my need to Tickera, they said they'd look into it. The next thing I knew, a couple of days later they had freely, on their own initiative - added the new payment gateway! :DI was shocked and impressed. I bought their Bundle package, installed, and the new gateway works smoothly.Tickera is awesome.

I was apprehensive to try this out but went ahead and purchased it anyway. Immediately I came up with a styling error and sent in a support ticket, it was replied to within 2 minutes !!I then spoke direct to the developer who helped me with all the little things I need and I am now 100% satisfied with the way the plug in is set up...Proof will be in how it works after my first event although rigorous testing seems to have it all looking great !

Unbiased review. I purchased Tickera for one of my client's who runs an event based business. Have been working on setting it up the last couple weeks and must say that I am highly impressed. I would urge anyone not WordPress savy to hire on someone knowledgeable with WordPress and Web design to set it up, but in my opinion it is rather straight forward. There are lots of options and features so setting it up takes a bit of time. Don't expect a couple clicks of the mouse to get it up and running. But overall it's an excellent product. Also, the customer support is fast at replying to tickets so that scores big points in my book. It's also constantly updated which is another very important side note. Thank you Tickera, keep being awesome!

There are numerous platforms offering ticketing on WP, but very few of them has support for WooCommerce. Considering that a lot of users don't opt for PayPal or Stripe, there are loads of Payment Gateways with WooCommerce integration. Hence the Bridge for WooCommerce is an amazing add-on.Second most awesome thing is the cloud based ticket management... It's really impressive.This product is totally worth the price I paid for it. Tickera gives you great value for money. We just used this plugin for our first concert and people are loving it! A small organization like ours can use a professional ticket system like the big festivals, but with a much smaller budget. People love being able to send tickets to their friends and not even having to print them. In stead of having to go to a local shop they just buy them online and show them on their phone. Tickera support is exceptional, response is very quick and they even do small customization. That's what I call service!
