New Support System

Hey guys, we have switched from our custom made support system (which obviously didn't work well) to Freshdesk today!

Now you have a number of different ways to get support:

-  Facebook - via Support tab located in the right hand corner, next to LIKES

- By opening a new ticket here http://support.tickera.com/support/tickets/new

- Reading our knowledge base: http://support.tickera.com/support/solutions

- By sending email directly to support [@] tickera.freshdesk.com

- Get community help in the Forums http://support.tickera.com/support/discussions

- Or even via live chat on our website - support agents will have dedicated hours for this type of support from time to time (it's still under development)

PLEASE NOTE: you'll have to open a new account on support website since support.tickera.com and tickera.com are different websites
