To use PayU payment gateway and Tickera first you have to create an account here: http://payu.com/
After you create an account, you have to get your Merchant ID, Account ID and Api Key:
and input it into Tickera > Settings > Payment Gateways > PayU. Here you will also have to the Gateway Language and Currency:
