Currently, there is no possibility to create and manage Tickera events and tickets on the front end right out of the box and to achieve that would require custom programming. However, since Tickera uses standard WordPress custom post types and metas it's doable, but you'd need to code it yourself or to find a WordPress programmer to do that.
